The Signode BXT2 16 is a battery based poly strapping combination tool designed for 1/2”-5/8” wide and 0.016”-0.041” straps. The lightweight (8.6 lbs) tool features an ergonomic design and can be used without causing fatigue. The tool generates adjustable tension in the range 88 to 560 lbs in two different modes.

  • Light Tension: 33 lbs (150N) to 17 lbs (750N)
  • Normal Tension: 90 lbs (400N) to 275 lbs (1,200N)

Signode BXT2-19

The BXT2-19 is also a similar tool from the same series that accepts poly straps of width 5/8”-3/4”. It weighs 9.3 lbs and has two tension modes.

  • Light Tension: 88 lbs (400N) to 350 lbs (1,600N)
  • Normal Tension: 260 lbs (1,157N) to 880 lbs (3,914N)

Signode BXT2-32

The BXT2-32 is the tool with the highest strap-width take-up in the BXT2 series. It accepts PET straps of width 1-1/4” (32mm). The battery tool weighs 14.3 lbs. It pulls adjustable tension in the following range:

  • Soft Tension: 220 lbs (1,000N) to 1,100 lbs (5,000N)
  • Normal Tension: 551 lbs (2,500N) to 1,430 lbs (6,500N)

Orgapack OR-T 250

The OR-T 250 is an automatic sealless combination strapping tool. It has the following specifications:

  • Strapping Size: 1/2”–5/8”
  • Tension: Up to 560 lbs
  • Weight: 8.9 lbs
  • Tension Speed: 8.6” per second
